Meet Our Team
Brenna Parsell, D.D.S.
I am a native Texan who was born and raised around the Metroplex area. I was mainly raised in Arlington, and knew I wanted to be a dentist since high school. I then went to University of Texas at Austin to study for my Bachelors in Biology. Finishing up my education, I went to Baylor College of Dentistry in downtown Dallas for my Doctor of Dental Surgery degree. While in dental school, I was fortunate enough to be able to do research with a mentor. It was fascinating learning about the ways different materials were stressed and tested. It gave me a great appreciation for all of the rigorous testing that goes into all of the materials we use.
I have been practicing dentistry for about 20 years now. It’s a truly exciting profession because of all the changes that constantly occur. If you had performed five years ago, chances are, things are just a little better now, and will be five years from now. I truly enjoy connecting with my patients, and help present choices and make decisions associated with their dental wants and needs. I believe the most important time spent in the dental chair is the education necessary to enable patients to be an equal partner in maintaining and improving their smile. It is also a good time to hear about fears or concerns so that those issues could be thoroughly addressed before any procedures are planned.
I have been in practice in Plano for over 14 years. I am so excited to join the Crystal Creek dental family and be able to continue providing the best services for my patients. Know that honesty and integrity are the attributes that are most important to me, and will always be my guide in how I provide dentistry.
I live in Plano with my daughter and two dogs. I am active in volunteering for PISD. When not in the office, I enjoy boxing fitness, traveling and reading.
Vinh Nguyen, D.D.S.
As a dentist, I believe that you should always treat each and every patient like they are your family because that is how I would like to be treated as well. Dentistry has allowed me to make a difference in thousands of people’s lives. The satisfaction of helping someone in pain or fixing their smile never gets old. One of my other goals as a dentist is to provide oral health services on mission trips. Being able to help those less fortunate gives me great fulfillment. I look forward to continuing existing relationships and forging new ones in the future.
I grew up in Houston, TX and my family still lives there. I attended the University of Texas at Austin and earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Biology. Afterwards, I continued my education at Baylor College School of Dentistry where I received my DDS degree.
I provide family and cosmetic dentistry and orthodontic services. I currently live in Plano, TX with my wife, Hong. We just recently got married in October 2014. Outside of work, my passions are food, cooking and traveling. I love trying anything new and am always looking for new places to explore.
Jean Sanders, D.D.S.
Dr. Sanders was raised in Kansas, earning a degree at Northwestern University in Chicago in Dentistry. She has practiced dentistry in Chicago, and also Dallas, both in a private practice and public health facility.
She enjoys working with patients of all ages. Dr. Sanders offers nitrous oxide and other sedation options for her patients that may be nervous during dental procedures. She always strives to provide patients with the highest aesthetics while maintaining comfort during every visit.
She loves gardening, and spending time with the family here in Dallas. And she is excited to be working with us here at our office!
Roy Bloom, D.D.S.
I grew up in the Rio Grande Valley of Texas, my primary interest while working on my Master’s degree was mammalian anatomy and physiology and physiological ecology of reptiles. I was a teaching assistant in the department of Biology at the University of Texas Pan American in the anatomy and physiology labs. During college, I also worked as a Dental lab technician fabricating crowns. It was during this period that I developed an interest in the art and science of dentistry.
After graduating from dental school, I attended an Oral Surgery fellowship at UT Southwestern hospital in Dallas with rotations at John Peter Smith Hospital and The Dallas Veterans Hospital. There, I received extensive experience in the oral surgery clinics, emergency rooms and in the operating rooms. I then attended University of Texas Health Science Center of San Antonio where I earned my privileges to perform IV Sedation. I have performed over 11,000 IV cases; I am confident this is the best treatment option for dental anxiety and or phobia.
I live in McKinney with my wife Trisha, we have 7 children ranging ages 15 to 28, and 4 dogs. In my spare time, I enjoy gardening, watching my children play sports, athletics (I have my own team), reading, golf and all things surgical, electronic, or mechanical.

An Q. Le, D.D.S.
I have a passion for Dentistry because it gives me a chance to really impact my patient’s lives in a wonderful manner. I am so satisfied being able to wake up daily and have confidence that I will be able to make a difference that day! I know that I’ll be able to get someone out of pain, or make someone smile brighter. I love the relationships I’ve accumulated with all of my patients, and I always try to make my office feel like their home.
I did my early schooling at the University of Texas in Austin, and that’s where I obtained my Biochemistry BS degree. From there, I went on to continue my education and earned my DDS degree from Baylor College.
Dentistry is advancing year after year, specifically in the technology and products that are available. These make our work so much more precise, efficient and effective, which is why we stay up to date with the latest advancements, and why we take 100s of hours of education every single year! We want to provide you with the best care possible, and this is how we do it! We also specialize in implant dentistry and orthodontics.
Since becoming a dentist, I have always felt that giving back to the community and those less fortunate is a priority. I have been working with the Give Kids a Smile program for the past few years, which provides oral care to children who wouldn’t otherwise be able to access it.
I was raised in San Antonio, Texas but now call Plano home. I am married to my beautiful wife Helena, and we have 3 children Braylen, Brianna and Brennan. Besides being with my kids, I also love being a chef, and playing golf at local courses.
Levy T. Do, D.D.S.
My goal as a dentist is to exceed your expectations by providing the best and most compassionate oral care possible. I want to be someone you can trust and count on, knowing that I will treat you like family and taking the time to customize a treatment plan that will meet your needs and wants. This profession to me is a healing art, able to take someone out of pain and disease and restore to them a healthy, beautiful, and confident smile. I believe that to be a gift that is nothing short of miraculous, and gets me excited every day. My experiences in the art of cosmetic care, along with the privilege of having worked with many kind, trusted, and highly skilled mentors, have allowed me to affect many lives and formed many wonderful relationships, and I hope to continue this legacy.
I am originally from Vietnam and grew up in Broken Arrow, a small town near Tulsa, Oklahoma. Growing up in a small town, I believe in small town values such as integrity and honesty, where a man’s word really meant something. Having earned my Bachelor’s degree at the University of Oklahoma, I went on to earn my DDS degree from the OU Health and Sciences Center. As a leader in the community where I practiced in Oklahoma, I have been a member of various associations, earning the prestigious Table Clinic award for my presentation in 2012. I hope to continue these roles with local organizations right here in the Dallas area.
Furthermore, I’m an active member of my church and have been blessed to be a blessing on several overseas Medical Missions to countries such as Ecuador and Vietnam. Through my partnership with the fine Doctors here, we hope to continue a great tradition of giving back to our community. Outside of work, I enjoy playing guitar at my church and singing, running, hiking, sand volleyball with friends, and going on ice dates with my nieces and nephews.
I truly look forward to getting to know you, to earn your trust, and hope to make you feel at home! Welcome home.
